I think you know better than that...but it would solve the overpopulation crisis, the unemployment numbers, and help families that cannot afford to live already (yet bring another life into the family poverty equation).





With 2 children, you can still create a happy family and sustain life. Why would you need more than 2 children anyway? If you have too much money left at the end of the week, you could give it to your church on Sunday or better yet adopt a child whose parents have died or abandoned them.





Now doesn't that sound like a noble, practical alternative?
He may have suggested it, but it's an old idea. There was a movement in the US, somewhere around the middle '60s that suggested the same thing, although it's been around in other countries for longer than that. It was called zero population growth. That means you only procreate to replace yourself. It's not a bad idea, if it's a matter of choice. I have 2 children.
He should have directed it towards his own color kind. I never see blacks running to adopt a white child but I see tons of whites not only adopting black children, but they go out of their way to feed the black children in Africa. I have yet to see Black volunteers unless they make billions like phony Opera. No politician speaks at one race, they try to talk in general terms to make it appears as if they are not speaking directly at you. But you should know who you are, breeding like rats for the rest of the world to feed and house
Whether or not he said it, its none of his business. Its not the government's business or even ours. Everyone should, and still does, have the right to produce as many offspring as they are both willing and able to do. If someone doesn't like the effect, then instead of crying about the 'overpopulation' try fixing some of the problems instead of trying to control other people.

Whether he said it or not, it's a good idea. Almost every problem humans create is made worse by over population. Why people need more than 2 children is beyond me. Why not just have 2 children (voluntary) and give them the best lives parents can?
