Can true humility cause someone to be obnoxious toward those who they perceive as not being humble enough?

I think it is not correct if we make the habit of measuring every thing, every episode, every one, by our own limited human standards, knowledge, impressions and believes.

We should judge from universal standards of values and from righteous ideals of an equally universal norms of vision. Can true humility cause someone to be obnoxious toward those who they perceive as not being humble enough?
True humility comes from patience. Without patience, one can just profess to be humble but not in maintaining it.

A trait which is consistent for a period of a time will become a norm for that person and it is well perceived by others, for which patience is required. Can true humility cause someone to be obnoxious toward those who they perceive as not being humble enough?
Judging others is not a humble characteristic
It's called spiritual narcissism
