That's not really all that true but it is the hardest to do something good like you want junk food but you eat vegetables. It was hard to make the right decision but you did. Lol i know that is a weird translation but that's all i could think of right now.How is this true to my life? How can i make it true to the life that I am trying to live?
Morality is almost counter intuitive to human nature, so it is generally harder for us to go out of our way to do the right thing. So to make it true to your life, always seek the harder thing to do (such as confronting someone with their problem rather than letting it slide).
