caffeine is a diuretic, maybe that's why you think you lose weight. If you're all wired up you could be so jittery that you can't sit still, other than that, no coffee does not make you lose weight.I it true that true that drinking coffee helps to loose weight?
caffeine causes your body to enter lipolysis. This is when your body burns adipose tissue (fat) instead of glycogen as an energy source. I would not recommend using caffeine for a long time (more than a month) as it will wear out your nervous system and can be tough on your heart. Be sure to stay hydrated. For every cup of coffee or other caffeinated drinks for that matter, be sure to drink an equal cup of water. no, unless that's all you eat all day...w/c is very unhealthy and caffeine would make you NUTS!
