It really depends more on how much you put in the toilet, not what brand you use. I would be safe in saying if you put a roll of any toilet paper in the toilet, it would stop it up.
I have never had a problem with it.

That's like asking if you flush a bath towel, will it clog. TP is TP, if you use enough at one time, its all possible.
It used to, but they made it less thick and now it doesnt.
