I get it when guys do but girls i don't know thats weird.Is it true that girls get circumcised if true then How?
Yes - some african countries have been known to do it (female circumcision). It's rather gruesome but from what I understand they cut off the clitoris because they believe a woman shouldn't have gratification during sex just the man, and then if I'm not mistaken they sew up the vagina. Many women die from this practice especially since the instruments used (dirty razor blade) aren't sterile. See below BBC article:

There was an article about an African woman who was discovered and brought to the US who now models and she told about her experience being circumcized. What I remember most from the article was her saying she has really bad pain for 3 days a month when it's time to have her period so bad that she has to lock herself in a dark room because of the headache and lower body pain that's so excruciating. I can't remember her name but it was in a woman's magazine about 8 years ago and that was what really got me when I thought about how much pain every other woman thinks they have during their period its nothing compared to hers.Is it true that girls get circumcised if true then How?
Yes, in some countries, girls are routinely circumsized. It's generally known as female genital mutilation. How it's done varies on the country, or even the region, but it involves removing the clitoris, and can also include removing both sets of labia, and even sewing the vaginal opening to make it smaller. It is done on girls who are just entering puberty and is extremely painful. The incision sites can become infected and lead to infertility. Even the girls whose incisions don't become infected usually end up with a lifetime of extremely painful intercourse and high rates of maternal and infant mortality.

It is not only wierd, but , barbaric.
Its sadly true; the cruel genital mutilations take place in parts of africa %26amp; the middle east where women have no say but to follow cultural traditions.The procedure is mainly done by cutting out the clitoris. : (
female circumcision is a cruel practice found most commonly in african countries, though it happens also in asia and the middle east. they pretty much amputate all the external organs of the female (clitoris, labia) and sometimes stitch the vaginal opening shut. you can find more information on it here:

It's a mostly sub-saharan african custom. Certain islamic sects have picked it up, but people of all faiths do it as a cultural thing in order to insure feminine chastity. A ton of women worldwide have it.





There's three kinds


1. Clitoridotomy, which is more or less the female equivalent of circumcision. The hood of the clitoris is removed.





2. Clitoridectomy: Removal of the clitoris. This is like chopping off the head of the penis.





3. Infibulation. This is by far the most extreme, and involves cutting out the clitoris and labia minora, and then stitching the labia majora together in order to leave a small passage for urine and menstrual blood. This is an incredibly extreme procedure, and makes sex and/or childbirth a very dangerous and agonizing procedure.
